Revenge [of the Art Jam] !!! ***NEW ART 12-7***
The TF Cross Universe Art Jam returns!!!
Begins OCTOBER 20, 2009
***Ends DECEMBER 31, 2009***
The Idea: Take a famous/infamous scene from the Transformers Universe and re-imagine it using the style of one of the following 3 Universes: G1, Movie-verse, or TFA:
Imagine TFA Megatron atop SUMDAC Towers Ripping TFA Jazz in HALF, for example!!!
G1 Devastator wreaking havoc on the Egyptian Pyramids!!!
Movie-verse Megatron and Ratchet's faces fusing, just as in the classic "Price of Life" Marvel comic cover!!!
Scenes from the Marvel, Dreamwave, or IDW comics can all be covered as well. I don't like to limit creative influence and inspiration, especially with such classic images that can be pulled from the aforementioned media.
~~~To avoid any confusion, these are the basic rules of this art jam~~~
1) No Original Characters [OC]
2) If a character already has an official redesign, you must use them as opposed to your own personal version [If you're not sure if they have a TFA version, however, feel free to ask me and I will point you in the direction of a character model].
3) If a character DOESN'T have an official design for a particular universe, and you'd like to include your version, feel free!
4) It must be said, HOWEVER, that at least ONE official character from the already established universe you are using must be featured in the submission.
5) Be sure to link back to this journal or this profile in your art description, so that visitors can appreciate all other entrants artwork as well.
6) HAVE FUN!
The Jam will run until the end of November, the 30th, to give all entrants ample time to complete their works.

In less-interesting news, I'm puttering away at my self-challenge to accomplish the last Art Jam. It will be a scene from the first issue of the TF "Stormbringer" comic, made TFA'd. I hope to have it done before the end of the year. X'D That is all.
